LogicBright CRM 1.5 is faster with more advanced features - 03/04/08

LogicBright CRM, a web based small business lead and contact management system, is faster and better than before. In fact, it is more than 30% lighter and has innovative new features that will help users be more productive and efficient while maintaining its ease of use.

"We want to be the easiest to use, but not at the expense of our speed. Increasing the speed of LogicBright increases the user experience, no one likes to wait on pages loading," stated Steve Schmidt, president of LogicBright CRM.

The 30% decrease in average file size easily places LogicBright CRM amongst the lightest web based CRM’s on the market today. In fact, a LogicBright contact record is now almost ½ the size than the same record in Sugar CRM Professional Edition. This means faster page loads and LogicBright CRM expects this to translate into more productive users.

"We listen to our customers, and when we find they would like a feature or enhancement we take it seriously," Mr. Schmidt explained. "It is always our goal to make LogicBright more capable while keeping it easy and intuitive to use."

One of their new features includes the ability to arrange data in any layout they want. To keep it easy, users are able to "drag and drop" the data fields into position. "We know that small businesses all have unique needs, this is just another way of us recognizing this and empowering our users," Mr. Schmidt explained when asked how this feature fits into LogicBright CRM’s overall design.

Other features include: New user wizard, themes and appearance enhancements and expanded widget options. The New User Wizard is designed to walk new users through the product to give them the basic tools and knowledge so they can get started right away. In the wizard, users choose their theme, select their widgets, read about some of the advanced capabilities and get some useful tips to maximize productivity.



Small Businesses Discover LogicBright CRM - 01/07/08

LogicBright CRM, a new player in the small business CRM marketplace, announced today that they exceeded 200 users in their first quarter of doing business. LogicBright attributes this success to providing small business owners a simple CRM software solution that is both easy to use and makes completing tasks faster.

All of our development efforts revolve around making LogicBright CRM easier for small business owners and their employees to learn and use LogicBright's success shows that traditional contact managers such as ACT! are not meeting all of these companies' unique requirements. Steve Schmidt, president of LogicBright, believes that giving users an easier to use web-based interface is the most important thing for a small business.

"All of our development efforts revolve around making LogicBright CRM easier for small business owners and their employees to learn and use," he said. "We know that smaller companies and their sales staff will not adopt a CRM system if it is not exceedingly simple to master."

In fact, LogicBright's research shows that most CRM failures come from the inability to get their sales force to use the system. Another problem with traditional CRM packages is that they rely heavily on technical staff to get the CRM software implemented in the first place. LogicBright CRM touts that they make implementation easy and fast.

"By making LogicBright CRM easy to setup and import existing data we enable small companies to run their business and not force them to spend weeks setting up their new CRM," said Steve adding that they offer CRM implementation and importing packages for a fee, but they haven't had any clients need that level of assistance.



LogicBright CRM Fights The Software Obesity War - 10/26/07

The obesity epidemic rages on and costs billions of dollars annually; one company is trying to put a stop to the obesity – in software at least. LogicBright CRM is fighting the software obesity war (SOW) by providing small businesses with a faster, lighter contact and lead management system that will save them money.

“Most enterprise software is too complex and expensive to be useful to a small business,” explained Steve Schmidt, president of LogicBright. One of these partners, All Pro Networks out of Mundelein, IL has been supplying networking and PC support to individuals and small businesses for over 15 years. They plan on offering LogicBright CRM to help their client’s complete sales and organize their sales activities.

LogicBright CRM is focused on helping small businesses achieve their sales goals efficiently and effectively. According to technology market analysts at Forrester, the CRM market is set to hit nearly $74 billion in sales in 2007. CRM is an emerging market for small businesses.



LogicBright launches new CRM package for Small Business - 10/1/07

LogicBright today officially launched the Free Beta Program enabling any company to sign up for LogicBright CRM for free until December 1st, 2007. As part of the program companies will receive full access to LogicBright's easy-to-use, web-based CRM software.

"We didn't see an easy-to-use CRM solution to offer our clients, so we built one," explained Steve Schmidt, president of LogicBright, when asked why he developed LogicBright CRM.
